AMP will drive all sales and marketing strategies, including lease negotiations and project management needed for a successful pre-sales to post-sales lifecycle. A full turnkey lease enables the tenant to focus solely on their IT deployment on the white space while the landlord is responsible for managing and maintaining all facility critical infrastructure via SLA backed performance guarantees. There are a number of different leasing structures to accommodate a full turnkey lease.
Powered Shell
Certain tenants prefer full control of their electrical and mechanical design using their own capital, people and standards to deliver the finished data center asset. AMP has the expertise and partnerships to deliver powered shell solutions along with negotiating and executing the powered shell lease.
Powered Land
Working through the due diligence phase of taking raw land and adding permits, approvals and power purchase agreements to provide an accelerated speed to market capability to a buyer enhances the value of the land. AMP will provide strategy and execution services for powered land sales.
Investor Analysis
AMP provides investors with market intelligence, industry data and analytics. We partner with our customers to help raise capital and perform financial modeling at the project and platform level.
